HopeSprings equipping to eradicate HIV

Vision

We dream of restoring hope and healing to those affected by HIV/AIDS; as we see the eradication of the virus and its stigma.

We believe this is possible as God awakens compassion through education, builds unity through authentic relationships, and empowers the local church to engage in corporate and individual acts of mercy and justice.

Mission

We exist as followers of Jesus Christ. Motivated by love, HopeSprings exists to:

• Raise awareness of HIV/AIDS

• Equip those God has called to engage in the pandemic locally and globally

• Provide avenues of engagement through relationship with partner agencies

HopeSprings encourages Christian community development and practical service in accordance with the corporate values outlined below for the purpose of the holistic restoration of people affected by HIV/AIDS in Baltimore and beyond.

• Practical Application: We believe in community-based intervention, education, individual empowerment, and holistic ministry.

• Church-Based Community Development: We seek to empower and honor the local church, provide avenues for Christian service which meet the felt needs of the communities we serve, and build relationships through service that provide opportunities for sharing our faith.
